On September 19th, the 2nd Western Region Digital Transformation Summit jointly held by Microsoft China and Xi’an Huamei Soft attracted over 80 companies and 100 attendees at Xi’an Shangri-La Hotel. The summit also gained support from the Xi’an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone Management Committee and the Xi’an Software Park.

The summit contains 4 topics given by John Pence and 3 domestic Microsoft Dynamics executive and experts.

Tom Lu

The first topic is called “Microsoft Leads us to the New Era of Digital Transformation”, given by Tom Lu, Dynamics Product General Manager, Microsoft Greater China. He shared the global digital development and what Microsoft can help companies to complete digital transformation.

Watson Zhu

And then Watson Zhu, Senior Consultant on Microsoft Business Application Solutions, shared his topic named “Dynamics 365 Application based on Microsoft Smart Cloud Platform”, which also includes AI+IOT applications in manufacturing and retail industries.

John Pence

John Pence, founder of Sunrise Technologies, brought us “Digital Transformation Success Stories” mainly focusing on Sunrise development, Dynamics365 and customer stories.

Li Liang

Li Liang, Office365 Product Senior Marketing Manager, Microsoft Greater China, launched the fourth topic named “Office365 Achieves Modern Work Philosophy”. He describes more on mobility, smartness and safety of Office365.

Based on experiences in 2017, the 2nd summit this year becomes more mature and influential. We win good reputation and praises from attendees, which makes us feel more confident to build our event as one of the biggest Microsoft digital summit in Northwest China.
