It achieves full-stage informatization support from "lead exploration to after-sales service," providing corresponding functionalities and terminal tools for each stage. Through the use of informatization tools at each stage, data is comprehensively collected, ultimately creating an efficient CRM data panorama. The core value is realized through "accumulating data with full-chain informatization and reproducing the business panorama with full-chain data."

Spalding (China)

Spalding, founded by Albert Goodwill Spalding in 1876, is dedicated to providing sports equipment for athletes. With over thirty years of collaboration with the NBA and partnerships with more than 55 sports leagues and associations worldwide, Spalding has established a strong presence in the sports industry.

Project Achievements

Built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Spalding China has undergone comprehensive digital upgrades and enhanced business capabilities. The digital platform transitioned from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O. After more than five months of effort, not only were existing business and system processes upgraded and optimized, but more advanced features and business processes were also expanded.

The launch of the Dynamics 365 F&O upgrade project not only signifies the seamless integration of Spalding's online e-commerce store with backend operational systems but also reflects the improvement in the level of automation in internal financial management processes and external taxation and banking transactions. We believe that the introduction of the new system and processes will undoubtedly help Spalding reduce costs, increase efficiency, and empower the digital transformation.
